What if I receive a bogus mortgage
lead?
Bogus leads
are any leads that are unworkable because of incorrect information
or fraudulent information. If you receive a lead you believe
to be bogus please log-in to your account and click on "Report Bogus
Lead" and report the lead. We will research the bogus lead
report and credit your account within 1-2 business days if
approved. If a lead is bogus you will be credited $25 for the lead
in your
account.

Are your mortgage leads filtered to my individual
needs?
All of our
leads are state specific and are filtered to minimum loan amounts
only. For example, any 1st mortgage online will be $150,000 or more.
And, any 2nd mortgage or equity line will be $30,000 or more.
As the pool of leads becomes available online
and/or emailed to you, you will be able to view the City - State
- Property Value - Loan Amounts - LTV - Doc Type - and a Borrower
comments area!

How do I receive my mortgage lead
orders?
Each day leads that are within your
state you are licensed to business in will be available for
you to view. Leads will
be processed in a downloadable file directly from our site or your
can select to have them emailed to you (current format).
Exclusive Mortgage Leads are done on a case by case
basis please call our sales office!

What is the disp of your mortgage
leads?
Our
Unlimited Mortgage Leads are $175 per month for the states you are
licensed to do business in and which you selected. States are
limited to only 4 companies or individuals.
Note: Selecting California,
Florida or New York in your package will be $75 more for a total of $250.
- Verified Mortgage Leads start at $30.00 per
lead for pre-orders. We also have Unsold Verified Leads on our
standard system which are Verified Leads that did not
match pre-order filters. These leads start at $30.00 per lead but
are reduced in disp according to age.
- Exclusive Unlimited Mortgage Leads
and in a particular state(s) start at $500.00 per month and discounts are available for bulk
states.
What percent of these leads will I close?
That is dependent on your sales and closing skills. We have tested these leads and see a 3 - 5% closing ratio.
How many people get the same lead?
Up to 4 members of our site are able to receive the lead. No more! Currently, in most cases 2 to 3 people.
Do you replace bad leads?
Yes, on the exclusive lead plan.
No, if you have chosen the unlimited mortgage lead plan, since you will get more leads anyway !
( Note: a borrower who did apply with a good phone number and email is not considerd a bad lead )
How many leads do you receive
weekly?
The lead volume varies with the market. We
receive hundreds of leads per week. Our leads
only come from affiliate websites and our own network
of mortgage websites. We are sure to always have a
consistent flow of leads to fulfill your business
needs.

Are your leads really Unlimited ?
Yes, here is no maximum amout of leads you can receive. However,
you will receive at least 30 leads for 1 state plan and 60 leads for a 3 state plan depending on what state you sign up for.
Is there a long term contract ?
No. The plan is a month to month agreement so we do not lock you in like other companies.
What if I am licensed to do business in multiple states ?
This plan is perfect for the multi-state licensed lender/broker especially when using it on the unimited plan. The cost per lead is very low, averaging just $4 per lead or less, and they are real-time or same day leads.
Are your leads exclusive?
Our Leads are
semi-exclusive and are limited to 4 companies total. Our Exclusive Unlimited Leads
are sold only once for $500.00 per month.

When does CoreLeads.com upload leads each
day?
To check
quality and accuracy we upload leads 2 times a day - 10:00am EST and
6PM EST. Our leads are real time and do not post on our
system as a lead is submitted. To head off bogus leads we pre screen
leads for bogus information and names. ( under development)
Leads are sent via email as soon as the lead hits our
system.
